The Sandtrap

We stayed at The SandTrap. Perfect pace to bring the family and enjoy some beach time! Can’t beat the beach as your backyard for a few days.

We picked The Sandtrap because it was right on the beach, had enough room for us, and the kitchen looked great. And wow, it did not disappoint! The rooms were lovely, with comfortable furniture and decorated nicely without being cluttered. The bathrooms were great, Harris provided a bathroom kit in each (shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The master bedroom had a great ocean view with a huge window and comfortable bed. The kitchen was great, plenty of decent cookware and utensils to be able to cook for our family, and appliances that worked well. We really enjoyed eating our meals on the back deck with a view to the ocean. The house is directly on the beach, with its own access point, making it perfect for our family vacation where we could go back and forth from the beach with no drama whenever we pleased. We had an amazing week at The Sandtrap, and will absolutely be staying here in the future.

We absolutely loved this place! It was spotless and beautiful, well-furnished, GREAT location! Communication from property management was clear and easy. I can't think of a single thing that was lacking. Many times, the pictures make a place look nicer than it really is, but in this case, it was even better than the pictures!

We loved this place. It has beautiful finishes. Loved the coffee/wine bar. The beach access was wonderful.

I stayed at the Sandtrap, Side A at Christmas 2024. I had the best stay! The condo was so clean, the beds were nice, and the view is incredible. In thirty seconds you’re on the beach. I would absolutely stay again. The only slight thing I would say is that the photos show a beautiful bathtub which I was pretty excited for. However, when I got there it had been replaced by a really nice walk in shower with a rain head. It was a great bathroom but I wanted the tub. It’s a small complaint though compared to the perfect location, cleanliness, and ease of getting in and out.

Home was lovely and well appointed as described. Spotless upon arrival. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful vacation. House was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bath. Loved the two decks facing the ocean and the sitting area down below. Walk right on to beach from house. Kitchen had all the necessities. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The house was clean and beautiful and suited our needs. We especially loved the closeness to the ocean and the ample parking and storage under the house (for beach chairs/ fishing pools etc). The only negative was the bedroom on the main floor was advertised as a King bed. It was not a King.

Our family loved staying at The Sandtrap in Gulf Shores. Just the perfect amount of space and easy access to the beach. And Harris did a great job providing everything you need for your stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The sandtrap house was perfect for the 4 of us! Nicely updated, plenty of room, and the most amazing beach views from the second and third floor balconies! We definitely would like to stay here again!

We loved the location. You can't beat the beach/ocean as your backyard. The house was very clean and we appreciated all the little touches throughout that made it homey and convenient. Short walk to a general store, restaurant and ice cream shop and short drive to all of what Gulf Shores has to offer! We had great communication and they even let us know of some of the recommended restaurants and attractions. The check out process was so easy. They didn't ask much of us upon leaving. We would recommend Gulf Shores as your next beach vacay destination and this house "The Sandtrap" as your family's home away from home!

Great beach house, loved the 3 full bathrooms. Only a 30 second walk to the beach. Surrounded by other small properties so there were no large crowds. Beautiful views from both levels of the deck. Short walk to General store and ice cream shop. Great neighborhood to walk our dog. Loved the giant picnic table and all the lounge chairs below the decks. Only 8 min drive to shops and restaurants. Beautiful kitchen and living room too!

We loved our house (The Sand Trap) and Harris Vacations was very responsive whenever we needed anything or had a question. I highly recommend them and particularly, a stay on the shore at The Sand Trap.

Beautiful Home! Our first snowbird experience and it was perfect. The bedding was dreamy, everything well stocked, you could see the sun all day from rise to set from the large porch overlooking the beach. Management was prompt and took care of us respectfully. House was spacious yet cozy! We are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you for everything!!

We skimboarded on the beach, watched the sun rise and set. We also did a dolphin tour and celebrated New Years Eve at a local mall called The Wharf. We spent a lot of time by the water and it was a great trip!
