If you love to fish and you want to pass that love down to your kids, you’re going to need a family friendly charter company that understands kids and knows the area. Look no further than Captain (and owner/operator) Michael Choron and All Jack’d Up Charters here in Perdido Key. He’s a lifelong resident of the area and he’s extremely knowledgeable of area waters and fish. Plus, he’s a dad, so he gets kids and knows how to get and keep them interested in fishing.
Captain Michael has been in the fishing charter business since 2001 with All Jack’d Up Charters. He’s been fishing these waters all his life, so he knows the reefs, the wrecks, the tides, and most importantly, where the fish are.
At All Jack’d Up Charters Perdido Key, Captain Michael will tailor the charter to fit your family’s expectations, needs and experience. All of his charters are family oriented and focused on the family fishing experience. Easy going and laid back, his charters are fun for the novice and the experienced angler and for kids of all ages.
His 3-hour inshore/nearshore charter is perfect for families with young kids, who want to have fun while learning to fish. With this charter, it’s really more about the fishing experience than about catching fish. But that doesn’t mean you won’t be hooking red snapper, redfish, Spanish mackerel, bonito, and ladyfish (such a pretty, silvery fish!).
The focus of the 4-hour inshore/nearshore charter is to catch some good eating fish! Think redfish, sheepshead, flounder, king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, and black snapper. You may also be catching game fish like bonito, sharks, and bull redfish.
The 4-hour offshore is perfect for the first time deep-sea angler. Fishing private wrecks/reefs between 3-9 miles off shore, this charter hunts for red snapper, vermillion snapper, black snapper, amberjack, king and Spanish mackerel, cobia, bonito, and the occasional shark.
Their most popular charter is the 5-hour offshore trip. It’s all about game fish and bottom fish. Going a little farther out from shore, you’ll be looking for red snapper, vermillion snapper, black snapper, amberjack, king mackerel, grouper, cobia, bonito, sharks, and mahi mahi.
The 6-hour offshore trip is an all-day adventure where you’ll be trolling, sight casting, and bottom fishing 13-25 miles offshore. Look for the same fish as on the 5-hour trip.
